    YOU'VE GOT TO TRY! Super unique pizza spot that has a rare artichoke flavor! The price is right and the slices are HUGE. I highly recommend the artichoke pizza!! It's something I probably wouldn't have gotten since I'm a meat and cheese lover but my sister was showing me around the area and showed me this pizza spot that's walkable distance from UC Berkeley and recommended us to try. She really enjoys the pizza from here and wanted me to try and I'm so happy we did. My sister and I ordered a artichoke slice to share and it was a perfect share size (we also wanted to try other food spots around). It literally tastes like Alfredo/pesto pasta flavor and garlic bread flavor! It was soooo good and the cheese was amazing! If you come here I highly recommend to try that since not many places offer that flavor. The two mans who were working was super friendly as well and it didn't take long for the pizza to be warmed up in the oven! I'll be back. . . but with friends next time : )

    1000/10 artichoke pizza!!! I visit my bf and make him take me here every time it's so damn good. Idk what they put in it that makes it so good that I can eat the whole thing and still want more. Love that they have parmesan and chili flakes on the side for you to add yourself. Come here if you haven't!!

    Really miss the NYC Artichoke pizza and this is the next best thing!! The signature Artichoke slice is creamy and rich and delicious with that unique artichoke flavor. When you ask them to heat the slices, the cheese is perfectly heated and gives that amazing cheese-pull effect. The Margherita pizza is delicious too though not as unique in flavor compared to the Artichoke. Portions are huge and well beyond the usual pizza slice size! Compared to NYC Artichoke Basille's pizza, I'd say the crust is thicker and the Artichoke flavor less intensely rich thick and oily. However, an exceptional option in the Bay nonetheless! Service is great, they toasted up our pizza and gave a generous amount of Parmesan and red pepper packets with our pizza. Ambiance is more "authentic" to the NYC aesthetic, and they have a lot of shaded seating and standing eating areas outside the shop. Overall, if I'd never had the pleasure of experiencing the NYC branch, I'd definitely be giving this location 5 stars!! Highly recommend as the best available option in the Bay, I look forward to coming back.
